T’s & C’s

  1. No deposits will be refunded in the event of cancellations.
  2. No refunds are payable in case of bad weather conditions, including but not limited to rainy days and load shedding.
  3. A 50% deposit is payable for booking purposes, the deposit has to be paid within 24 hours after submitting the booking.
  4. The remaining amount is payable two days before the function.
  5. An additional R500 deposit is payable for instances of damages or breakage of property belonging to Mon-Tresor.
  6. Strict adherence to the time slots are required. A penalty of R500 per half hour will be charged for not adhering to the timeslots. This will be deducted from your deposit. This is limited to an half hour maximum.
  7. The use of alcohol will be strictly regulated by Mon-Tresor. Prior permission is required for the use of alcohol on the premises of Mon-Tresor.
  8. Adult supervision is required at all times.
  9. No sharp objects or shoes are allowed on the jumping castles of Mon-Tresor.
  10. No external party planners allowed on the premises of Mon-Tresor for party setups.
  11. As Mon-Tresor is in a position to supply all your linen, balloons and party décor, no linen, balloons or other party décor are allowed unless permission is granted.
  12. Right of admission reserved.
  13. Prices subject to change without prior notice.
  14. Client to attach guest list prior to party. Access to premises will not be allowed if name does not appear on list.

Please ensure strict adherence to your allocated time slot. All your cleaning-up, packing-up as well as wrapping-up should be done within your allocated timeslot (9:30-12:20 or 13:30-16:20). Mon-Tresor requires time to clean and prepare for following extraordinary event.
